When the world is tells you to be small, and to always think to the future, barre3 is a safe space to move big, practice presence, and be your authentic self. This campaign advocated that all bodies are remarkable, just as they are in this present moment. This campaign helped launch the digital subscription product evolution that focused on tracking feelings before and after your workout like "stronger", "more balanced", "less pain" vs tracking weight or how you look.
As part of the barre3 January Challenge Brand Campaign in 2019-2020, I lead and developed the #MyPresentTruth concept, content development of scripts and hero stories, owned the social media strategy and influencer programming. Integrated and aligned the stories across all marketing touch points.
barre3 Summer of Self Challenge
Campaign & Content Concept, Creation & Management — barre3

Goal: Create a summer Campaign that increases online engagement during a typically slower demand season for the digital workout subscription, in tandem with a new product launch: b3 Strength Training. In addition to engagement programming, onboard current subscribers to the new class, and leverage the new messaging and product offering in the acquisition space.
Strategy: Create a guided digital experience with a daily workout plan and bonus content. Leveraging email and social to provide additional workshops, tips and inspiration to keep the clients engaged. This included a unique triggered email series, fresh photo and video visuals, and launched across paid media, influencers, web, email, and organic.
Results: The engagement email series hit some of the highest open rates we've seen, subscription saw a slight uptick in number of workouts viewed per week, and client sentiment and conversation increased across social and subscription. Influencer branded content integration became the highest performing adset in traffic.
